For the renovation of THE FORGE, Tank Interior Design (tank.nl) and Ditt Officemakers (ditt.nl) have been selected. Both agencies were founded in Amsterdam and have a long-lasting relationship of doing great projects together. The heritage and the steel structure of the building in combination with the original crane, make the building an exciting high-profile project to work on. The building will be stripped of all unnecessary elements to open up the office floors, creating a spatial feeling and further highlighting the industrial character of THE FORGE.

The building has EPC Label A++. The landlord has the ambition to make the building highly sustainable and research is being conducted to transition the building to all-electric.
